FreenetSCIP is a zipfile (Self Contained Install Package) of the needed files, but does not necessarily contain the most recent jar or seednodes.ref. Alas, due to the recent amount of changes, often with network-reset, I have discontinued the SCIP. You can make one of your own if you download the jar, the jar-ext and the seednodes.ref. While this should work, for ordinary, normal and up-to-date downloads it's recommended to go to the download section (
http://freenetproject.org/index.php?page=download) of the Freenet Project Site (
http://freenetproject.org/).
